The Raketech Office in St. Julian’s is a modern, well-balanced workspace designed for efficiency, collaboration, and comfort. The Scandinavian-inspired design creates a bright, inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics.

Located in a newly built business center in St. Julian’s, the Raketech office was designed to support collaboration, efficiency, and employee well-being. As a leading affiliate and performance marketing company, Raketech needed a workspace that reflects its dynamic and fast-paced industry while maintaining a light, open, and highly functional environment.
Starting from a blank slate—just concrete walls and windows—this project gave us the opportunity to fully customize the space, carefully planning every aspect, from AC and ventilation systems to lighting and security.
Understanding the importance of office flow, we designed the layout to provide varied workspaces tailored to different tasks and work styles. Employees have access to tall standing desks for flexible working, open-plan desks for collaboration, and more private workspaces for focused tasks. The office also features multiple meeting rooms of different capacities, ensuring teams have the right space for brainstorming sessions, presentations, or private discussions.
With large windows on two sides, natural light was a key element in our design approach. We maintained an open and airy atmosphere by keeping the exposed concrete ceiling, integrating built-in AC, ventilation, and lighting systems to create a seamless, uncluttered look. The design concept embraces Scandinavian minimalism, featuring light grey tones, oak wood textures, and sleek wood paneling to add warmth and sophistication. LED-lit skirting adds a modern, refined touch, while BAUX acoustic wall panels and privacy screens ensure a balanced acoustic environment, crucial for an open-plan office.
To enhance comfort and well-being, we created a well-equipped kitchen and a separate lounge area, providing employees with a space to relax and recharge. We also incorporated three Framery soundproof phone booths, offering quiet zones for calls and virtual meetings—an essential feature in a bustling office.
Every element of this space was thoughtfully designed to maximize efficiency, comfort, and team collaboration, resulting in a modern, professional, and inspiring work environment.
