At KHAMULA Interior Design, we believe that a home should feel effortlessly elegant yet inviting. NORDIC CLAY is a perfect example—a two-bedroom apartment transformed from an outdated space into a beautifully curated luxury rental property that blends Nordic simplicity with warm, earthy touches.

From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed into a bright and airy open-plan living area, where natural light pours in, highlighting the soft neutral textures and warm oak wood details. The kitchen, designed in a light and refined palette, feels both functional and serene. At its center, a round oak dining table invites conversation, surrounded by black wooden chairs with rattan backs—a subtle nod to timeless craftsmanship. Above, a clay-colored pendant light serves as an accent piece, adding warmth and personality to the space.
The open plan extends seamlessly onto a spacious terrace, designed for relaxed outdoor dining with a concrete round table and clay-toned chairs, echoing the apartment’s organic color scheme.
Down the hallway, both bedrooms offer a tranquil escape, filled with soft light and natural textures. The master suite is a standout, featuring a custom-designed 2.4-meter wooden vanity unit with a travertine top—a statement of understated luxury. The ensuite flows effortlessly into the master bedroom, creating a cozy yet refined atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
This project was more than just a renovation—it was about breathing new life into an old space, turning it into a sophisticated yet comfortable home.
