A modern Mediterranean space with natural materials, elegant arches, and inviting atmosphere
For AMORA, a modern Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, we undertook a complete transformation of a former Chinese fast food space, which featured black wallpaper and velvet chairs. Our goal was to reinvent the space and create a light, airy, and inviting environment that reflects the fresh, vibrant essence of Mediterranean dining.

The journey
We replaced the dark and heavy interior with a soothing, natural palette, introducing light wood furniture and rattan chairs that bring a warm, organic feel to the restaurant. The arched windows and wall cut-outs are key design elements that evoke the elegance and simplicity of Mediterranean architecture, while the addition of olive trees throughout the space connects diners to the natural beauty and spirit of the region.
Our minimalist approach ensures that the design doesn’t compete with the vibrant, flavorful dishes served at AMORA. The clean lines, natural textures, and light tones provide a perfect backdrop for guests to enjoy a relaxed dining experience.
The redesign of AMORA reflects our studio's expertise in transforming spaces, blending Mediterranean elegance with modern functionality, and adapting creatively to unexpected discoveries during construction. The result is a sophisticated yet welcoming restaurant space that beautifully complements its modern Mediterranean cuisine.
